Bluebell Small Sinamay & Feather Headband Fascinator (BL1126)

Small headband fascinator, made from sinamay with feather detailing and diamante set in the centre. Set on a satin finished matching coloured headband. The detail is set to one side of the headband. The headband is the same colour, has a satin feel finish and is the same size all round, approx. 1cm.
