3. Placing an Order
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3.3 Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email. Only then is a contract formed between you and us.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to):
product unavailability; payment issues; suspected fraud and/or pricing or listing errors. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded where payment has been taken.
4. Product Information
4.1 We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences.
4.2 All measurements and dimensions given are approximate.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
5.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.
5.3 Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5.4 All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to full card details.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. These are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, peak periods, or events outside our control.
6.2 You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot be held liable for parcels delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
6.3 Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received. Risk passes once the parcel is delivered to the address you supplied.
6.4 If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, the parcel will be considered delivered once the courier’s confirmation is recorded. We cannot refund or replace parcels that go missing after being left as instructed.
6.5 If delivery cannot be completed, it is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection. Parcels returned to us due to non-collection may incur redelivery charges.
7. Delivery & Damage Claims
7.1 If your order has not arrived, you must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will then open a courier investigation (typically 7–14 working days). A refund or replacement is issued only once the courier confirms loss.
7.2 If the courier provides photographic evidence, GPS confirmation, or a signature, the parcel will be considered successfully delivered.
7.3 Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. You may be asked to provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
7.4 Where damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
8.2 You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8.3 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
8.4 The following cannot be returned unless faulty: personalised or custom-made items and/or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
9. Faulty Goods
9.1 If an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the fault.
9.2 Where applicable, we may repair the item, replace it, or issue a refund in line with your statutory rights.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
10.1 Discount codes cannot be applied to orders retrospectively.
10.2 Only one code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11.2 We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from events outside our control; incorrect use of products; missed delivery due to incorrect address details and/or items left in a safe place at your request.
11.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income, business, or data.
