Ivory Maddox Headband Fascinator (007)

Disc shape fascinator set on a headband, with a large bow that sits to the bottom and the front of the fascinator.

On top there are two cut out circles, which are fixed underneath, stitched together at the back but loose from the fascinator base.

Finished with a single quill.

Measures approx. 28cm from the bottom of the bow to the back of the fascinator.
