7Returns and Exchanges
The Hat Company is happy to exchange or refund on any item(s) you are not satisfied with. Please return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us as is the cost of return posatge back to us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from your carrier, as this may be requested by us in the case of dispute. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake, and we will only accept returns which have been notified to us in advance.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN AND WITH THE TICKETS STILL ATTACHED. No refund will be issued for goods not returned in their original condition or returned after the 30 day period.

Failure to provide any details will delay the return / exchange process.We endeavour to issue a refund or post out exchanges the following working day of receiving the return. Please allow longer during holidays and busy periods. Please note if you chose any other shipping method than our standard shipping, i.e. Next Day or International post, these charges will not be refunded, we will refund the cost of our basic postage as stated at the time of your purchase. For international sales, i.e. any items posted outside of the UK we can only offer a refund not an exchange. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
