Standard delivery within the UK is free on all orders. We use a variety of couriers, including Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD depending on the size of your parcel and the delivery destination.
COVID-19 is impacting on our usual delivery times, please allow a little longer than usual to receive your goods.
We endeavour to process orders received the next working day. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order is on its way.
To enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery experience, we may pass on your contact details to our carrier partners. These details may allow them to provide you with delivery updates via SMS and/or email.
All of our structured hats are sent in boxes, other crushable hats and caps are sent in mail bags.
Due to current postal delays we would expect your parcel to be delivered within 7-10 days of your order being placed. Sometimes, deliveries are being received quicker and other times it can take longer but if you have not received your item within 10 days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For faster shipping we are now offering Royal Mail First Class Tracked Delivery from £3.99 this on average is taking 1-2 working days.
Please note parcels are shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
As a result of COVID19 there have been restrictions on goods leaving the UK and reduced cargo transportation. This has resulted in long delays for parcels reaching their end destination. For this reason we are unable to give more accurate delivery dates for orders shipped outside the UK.
We ship worldwide, so everyone can enjoy our beautiful products! Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the international shipping or the transit time/customs clearance process, so sometimes shipping times may extend a bit, this is out of our hands.
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. We are currently using a number of couriers to get parcels delivered as quickly as possible and this will be determined by the size and weight of your parcel and the country of destination.
All International orders will be given a tracking number to see the updates of your delivery status, but please allow up to 12 weeks from placing your order for your item(s) to arrive.
Customs charges may apply to your order, including VAT. The amount of taxes depends on your country's laws. Due to the wide variety of products we sell we cannot give an estimate of these charges and recommend you contact your Customs and Duties office directly prior to purchase.
If customs charges are payable upon importation, the courier will contact you to let you know how much you need to pay, and the available payment methods. Once payment has been received, you’ll be able to request delivery of your package or pick it up from your local delivery office or depot.
