For purchases made after 1st December we are happy to exchange any unworn items up to 14th January 2017.
Returns and Exchanges
The Hat Company is happy to exchange or refund on any item(s) you are not satisfied with. Please notify us of your exchange / refund request within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and then return the item(s) to us within 14 days of this notification.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us as is the cost of return posatge back to us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from your carrier, as this may be requested by us in the case of dispute. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake, and we will only accept returns which have been notified to us in advance.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN AND WITH THE TICKETS STILL ATTACHED. Goods not returned in their original condition will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. Items not returned within the returns period will also be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Failure to complete will delay the return / exchange process.We endeavour to issue a refund or post out exchanges the following working day of receiving the return. Please note this may take longer if you have not fully completed the returns form and please allow longer during holidays and busy periods. Please note if you chose any other shipping method than our standard shipping, i.e. Next Day or International post, these charges will not be refunded, we will refund the cost of our basic postage as stated at the time of your purchase. For international sales, i.e. any items posted outside of the UK we can only offer a refund not an exchange. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
